These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.reactivix.com (the "Website") and the services provided by Reactivix Data Revival Agency ("Reactivix," "we," "us," or "our"), including data revival, AI solutions, SMS assistants, voice assistants, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services.
We recommend that you read these Terms carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reactivix.
1. Eligibility

Reactivix provides specialized Services designed to revive dormant leads, automate outreach, and enhance engagement through AI-driven tools, SMS messaging, and voice assistants. These Services may include:

Integration with CRM systems and multi-channel messaging platforms.
Real-time tracking, analytics, and insights on engagement metrics.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not share your account with others or use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable laws or these Terms. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content and Data

By providing User Content, you grant Reactivix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws, including data protection regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content.
Reactivix may process User Content using AI tools to generate insights, automate communications, and track interactions, but we do not claim ownership of your User Content.
5. Payment Terms
Certain Services may require payment of fees as described on the Website or in a separate agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in a timely manner.
We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amounts. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice for existing subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and AI models, are owned by Reactivix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent. All trademarks, service marks, and logos associated with Reactivix are our property.

We may monitor usage to ensure compliance and reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and you must cease all use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will continue in effect.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us, but any prepaid fees are non-refundable.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
While we strive for accuracy in AI-generated insights and automations, results may vary, and you are responsible for verifying any outputs before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reactivix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reactivix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., California], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montréal (Québec), Canada.
13. Changes to These Terms

14. Miscellaneous
